Visual language is created and consumed with communication at the center. The main body of communication has been composed mainly of humans, but by now it has reached a complex and complex state with the development of human-to-human media, such as human-to-machine, machine-to-machine. The huge media, which exists between human and human communication, is producing a large amount of wasteful information, twisting the essential meaning of communication more complexly.

Through this exhibition's works, I wanted to consider the “communication method of reading faces” centered on the face-to-face, which is the primary communication method. The information on the face is very diverse, and when it comes to appearance, it has a formative beauty and a biological structure for survival. It also serves to represent the atmosphere, expression of emotions, and personality of a person, and it is a place where primary information contacts occur when communicating with other beings. Therefore, when we attempt a conversation, we stare at the other person's face and try to communicate honestly through the various morphological characteristics that the eyes and mouth in it create. It is also the background of the development of the technology called video call because it is very attractive and essential to see and communicate with each other in the digital communication environment. Based on the characteristics of these faces, I wanted to use a software graphics production technique consisting of computer algorithms to address discourse on various communication. Through the information obtained from the images, the company wanted to include the value of communication that was different from past portraits, while at the same time producing the work to find a new value of expression that is different from that of human hands.

It is interesting to appreciate the reinterpreted face through the machine.

A new face that has been recreated by the information my face has always been unfamiliar.
